Class - B. Limited (125 shifty's and 150 Opens), Track - Pocono
28 karts in the class. First lap is 2 miles around the oval. Flag drops.
125's get the better start. Turn 1 banking in 10th - in the draft. Back
straight, me an another 150 open hook up and start passing - up to 5th going
into turn 2 banking. Coming into front straight in 2nd behind a 125. Just as
I go left to pass - for the lead - I hit a 35 pound plus Woodchuck!!! I go
over poor Woody, go airborne and just scrape the wall. Poor guy behind me
(and poor woody) smacks him square on. Wipes out his nose cone, and worst of
all, the guy is COVERED in woody remains. He pitted (the guy). I got a
second and a bent spindle.
