Results of the Karting Survey

Thank you very much to all who have particpated in the survey!
In order to reach as much of the online karting community as possible,
requests for participation were posted in the three largest karting
forums we know about: 4-cycle, alt.autos.karting and Pete Muller's
karting mailing list. Even though this selection might result in a
slight over-representation of 4-cycle karters, the general trends
are clear. It should also be noted that the sample size, i.e. the number
of people who participated, appears to be sufficient to make the results
representative for the whole (karting) population who is online.
Here now are the results. Please note that not all participants gave
answers to all questions. The percentages behind each graph-bar will
add up to 100% however, since these are the percentages of those who
did answer the question.
